Pogie: Why do people yell at each other? And interrupt each other? And get so mean?

Me: Because they are boring and trying to be relevant.

Pogie: Why do people want to be relevant?

Me:

Pogie: Shouldn't they want cooler things like kindnesses, unexpected treats, like peaceful afternoons in the woods or the couch, and maybe some adventures with squirrels and snuggles with dogs?

Me:

Pogie: Are you okay, human?

Me:

Pogie: Let's go find some kindnesses.
