The Dalai Lama said, "All suffering is caused by ignorance. People inflict pain on others in the selfish pursuit of their happiness or satisfaction."

And this is really true about social media posts. What is the satisfaction in digging in and being wrong?

It's so much better to dig holes in the dirt that smell good, create dens, make community.

Exclamation points and digging in? That doesn't do that.
