Pick Me Ups
Sometimes a random bit of music, photo, or saying can lift our hearts when we’re feeling horrible. What’s your go-to when you are feeling a little less than chipper?
Today, Bethany Hegedus, founder of the Writing Barn posted in one of its communities (CTC or Courage to Create):
Anyone need a pick me up today? I do!
When I most need regrounding I love to be "gifted" music shares or poem shares...
So here is one from me to you... *Feel free to gift your fellow CTCers something uplifting too...
It made me think of things that make me happy sometimes.

And Goalcast has an article about positive psychology that you might want to check out.
Apologies to everyone for my week off. I was out in Iceland recharging. Iceland, it turns out, is my happy place. Also, my next book is out in the Seamus and Rosie Series if you want to check it out.
And here’s an awesome horse that I got to say hello to in Iceland.
Ted Lasso. Girls5Eva. Singing along (generally with more enthusiasm than skill). My girlfriend. Updates from you.
I kinda have a lot of go-tos. ❤️
